    Our vacuum-sealed caviar typically stays fresh for 4 weeks when stored at a consistent temperature between 26°F and 36°F (-3°C and 2°C).

    Perishable orders received by 12 PM (EST) Monday–Thursday ship the same day unless a later date is requested or delays are posted on our site. Friday orders ship only with Saturday Delivery service, where available. For urgent requests, please contact us directly.

    Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on destination, size, weight, and speed. Perishables must ship Next Day; non-perishables typically go by Ground. Extra fees apply for deliveries to Alaska, Hawaii, and Puerto Rico.

  • Freezing is not recommended for our premium sturgeon caviar, as it often “burns” it.

    However, you can technically freeze caviar to extend its shelf life for up to a year, but this may reduce its flavor and soften its texture.
